These Terms govern your use of CreatorFlow Studio. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to comply with the rules of any platform you connect.

1. Service

CreatorFlow Studio provides tools for organizing video sources, preparing short-form content, configuring presentation settings and submitting content to supported publishing platforms.

2. User responsibility

You are responsible for the content you upload, process or publish, for having the necessary rights and permissions to use that content, and for complying with applicable law and third-party platform rules.

3. Connected accounts

You authorize connected platforms through their official authorization flows. You are responsible for the connected account and for selecting the intended destination and publishing settings.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, abuse of platform APIs, credential theft, spam, or content that violates applicable platform policies.

5. Third-party platforms

Third-party platforms may change their APIs, limits, permissions or availability. We do not guarantee that a particular platform feature will remain available or that a post will be publicly visible.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, platform outages and other events may affect the service.

7. Intellectual property

The CreatorFlow Studio service and its original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights to content you own.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions or changes.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a material update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
